Version 1.1 — Last updated: 27.08.2026
1. What you'll find in this document
This document describes the technologies that allow this site to collect or store information on your device, or to access information already present, when you visit it.
For simplicity we call them tracking tools. This isn't limited to cookies: local and session browser storage, unique identifiers, and other similar technologies fall under the same rules. The applicable regulation is Article 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the measure of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) of 10 June 2021 on cookies.
The Data Controller is
VISUP S.r.l., Via Palmanova 213/A, 20132 Milan, Italy, VAT no. IT09299620964. For the complete picture of the processing activities, including those that do not involve tracking tools, please see the
Privacy Policy.
2. How consent works on this site
On your first visit, a banner appears with two equally prominent buttons, Accept all and Reject all, and access to the category-by-category preference panel. Until you make a choice, only the tools necessary for the site to function are installed on your device. None of the others are activated. Closing the banner without choosing, continuing to browse, or scrolling the page does not amount to consent.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the
Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. If you refuse, we will not show the banner again for at least six months, unless the purposes of processing or the list of tools used change.

The provider states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses: for devices located in the European Union, collection takes place through domains and servers located in the Union, and the IP address is used only to derive an approximate geolocation before being immediately discarded.

Provider: Hotjar Ltd, Dragonara Business Centre, 5th Floor, Dragonara Road, Paceville St Julian's STJ 3141, Malta. A company based in the European Union, part of the Contentsquare SAS group.
The tool produces heatmaps and recordings of browsing sessions. It is configured to exclude the content of text input fields from recording, so it does not capture what you type into forms. Recordings and heatmaps are kept for 365 days from the date they are collected, after which the provider starts an automatic, non-recoverable deletion process.
All the tools listed are first-party, because they are generated by a script run from the site's own domain.

7. Experience - YouTube video
Provider: Google Ireland Limited.
The video is embedded in enhanced privacy mode, via the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Until you start playback, only a simple preview image is shown and none of the provider's tracking tools are installed. By starting the video you give your consent and the provider installs its own tools, which are third-party and belong to its domains.
Because the list and duration of these tools are determined and updated by the provider, for the complete and always up-to-date detail please refer to its notice:
policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
8. If you decline consent
You are free to decline. The site continues to work in all its parts: you can browse, view content, and use forms. The only consequences are that we will not have statistical data about your visit, that we will not be able to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, and that the video will not load until you explicitly click on it.
9. Managing tracking tools from your browser
In addition to this site's panel, you can use your browser's settings to see which tools are present on your device, block them, or delete them. However, browser settings do not allow control by individual purpose category, which is instead available in our panel.
Instructions for the most common browsers are in their respective help sections: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Brave.
10. Changes
This document is updated when the tools used or their purposes change. In the event of changes affecting tools subject to consent, you will be asked to give consent again.
In case of discrepancy between the Italian version and the English translation of this document, the Italian version prevails.
